These terms and conditions and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Terms for online sales

A valid and up to date contact lens prescription is REQUIRED for all contact lens orders.  Proper fitting of contact lenses by an eye care professional (Optometrist, Ophthalmologist, or Contact Lens Fitting Optician) is paramount for proper safety and functionality of contact lenses.  Uploading a valid contact lens prescription is an option if you have difficulty interpreting your own version. Avalon Eye Clinic assumes no liability for complications, misuse or incorrect fitting contact lenses.  We also recommend an annual eye exam and contact lens check for all patients.

Return Policy

All products including Contact lenses that are in their original blister packing and original boxes with no damage may be returned for exchange or store credit.  The buyer will be responsible for return shipping to Surrey, BC.  Before returning any products a return authorization is needed. Please email info@avaloneyecare.ca with this information and wait for authorization before sending any products back.
